Hello everyone, Myself Bidhya Khadgi from Kathmandu Nepal. By Profession I'm a nurse and has been in this profession almost 15 years. Now, I am a mother of one beautiful and god gifted daughter. Though I Iove my profession, there are still a lot of hardship. especially when I were sick, no leave at that time. always need to prove from doctor that I was sick and then and there only higher authority will grant leave. no time for self health, no time for family and friend. besides that no saving at all. Not only that for each and every thing we need to get permission from dr. no self decision making power, feels like always dependent on others. no self empowerment. After becoming mother, doing job is like jumping on fire and throne on eyes of each one. From the very beginning of pregnancy to till now, people makes me me feel like they are doing favor and sacrificing them for me. But then I got to know about this business, who will provide me not only my profession growth but as well as quality time with my family especially with my daughter. That is why I want to engage in this profession.
